Why do you want to be staff? (2-4 sentences) To help the server grow and help new players learn the rules and anything they need to know about the server. I also want to help make sure players are following the rules and not being trolls or trying to crash or threatening to do any of these things.

Someone is causing the server to lag, what do you do? If they was doing it on purpose perm ban

Someone is spamming the hard R in chat or voice, what do you do ban them for a day for being racist.
