What would you do questions:

Someone is causing the server to lag, what do you do? jail them then tp to them. after that give them a stern talking to like a father warning his child. then warn them for NITRP and ATTEMPTING TO LAG SERVER

Someone is spamming the hard R in chat or voice, what do you do You wanna mute that dude for 5 mins and warn for racism. if it happens again then chat ban for the another 60 mins and another warning. third times the charm ban em for NITRP and Racism

Two players are arguing in an admin sit, what do you do? attempt to reason with said players to calm the situation so i can hear 1 side at a time. if you cant reason with them then gag both tell them they need to be a bit more civil then ungag one at a time.
