Someone is causing the server to lag, what do you do? Talk to them 1 on 1 and give them a warning before taking any drastic action.

Someone is spamming the hard R in chat or voice, what do you do Mute them and be sure to contact them 1 on 1 so they know that is not allowed.

Two players are arguing in an admin sit, what do you do? Make them both be quiet and try to take a more cohesive statement 1 at a time
