Someone is causing the server to lag, what do you do?: Try to deal with it in a calm professional manner and ask them to not do it again and if they continue to do it again then kick them then and they return continue to be a problem then week ban then permeant ban if continued after that

Someone is spamming the hard R in chat or voice, what do you do?: 1 day ban for racism if they return after that and continue to be a problem then keep escalating until permeant ban

Two players are arguing in an admin sit, what do you do?: Try to find a common ground and the reason behind the argument and calmly find a resolution, Hear both sides to every story
